Welcome to NoCallLost. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

NoCallLost provides AI-powered overflow call answering services for businesses. Our service captures incoming calls when you are unavailable, collects caller information, and dispatches lead details to you via email and/or SMS.

2. Account Registration

To use NoCallLost, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information that changes
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NoCallLost for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
• Transmitting spam, malware, or malicious content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting our services

4. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Monthly subscription fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if you cancel within the first 14 days of service and are unsatisfied. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, including missed calls or lost business opportunities.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of NoCallLost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to call recording and data collection as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

NoCallLost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NoCallLost and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCallLost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
